ELIGIBILITY

• The contest requires no purchase or payment, and is open to all Filipinos currently residing in the Philippines, who are 18 years old and above at the time of participation, and with a valid email address and mobile phone number.
• HARI reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of each participant.
• Officers and employees of HARI, its affiliates, subsidiary companies, dealers, as well as the immediate family members and relatives up to the fourth degree of consanguinity/affinity of such officers/employees are disqualified from joining the Game.
  
  

RAFFLE MECHANICS

1. Hyundai MOVE (hereon referred to as the “Site”) will be announced on the Hyundai PH Facebook page (www.facebook.com/hyundaiph) starting September 3, 2021.
2. Participants will visit the Site found at bit.ly/HyundaiphMOVE from September 10 to 12 and register with their name, address, email address and phone number.
3. An email notification will be sent to the participants upon successful registration.
4. Participants will go through six activities, namely:

1. On their profile page within the virtual city, a box below each activity will turn green to indicate that they have accomplished the activity.
2. Participants who complete all activities will automatically be qualified for the raffle.
3. Deadline of qualification for the raffle is on September 12, 2021 at 11:59pm.
4. Database of entries will be sealed on September 13 at 12am and will be opened on September 15, 2021 with the presence of a DTI representative.
5. 20 winners will win Php2,000 worth of eGC in the digital raffle to be drawn on September 15.
6. Activities may be completed any time between September 10 and September 12, 2021.

ME AND MY HYUNDAI PHOTO CONTEST MECHANICS

1. Participants who submit a photo of them and a Hyundai vehicle during their registration on the Hyundai Virtual City will automatically qualify to the Me and My Hyundai photo contest.
2. Contest period is from September 10 to 12, 2021.
3. Database of Me and My Ride photo contest entries will be sealed on September 13 at 12am and will be opened on September 16, 2021 with the presence of a DTI representative.
4. Top three winners will be chosen by the following judges:
• Rico Soriano – President, Team Hyundai Philippines
• Jun Bellen – Head of Marketing Communications, HARI PC
• Toney Sevilla – PR and Media Officer, HARI CV
5. Judging, which will happen on September 16, 2021, will be based on the following criteria:

1. Scores from the judges will be collected and the average score will be computed to determine the top 3 winners.
2. In case of a tie, the first person who submits their entry will get the prize.
3. Prizes for the top three winners will be as follows:
• 1^st Prize – Php10,000 worth of eGC
• 2^nd Prize – Php7,500 worth of eGC
• 3^rd Prize – Php5,000 worth of eGC
  

MOST MEMORABLE RIDE STORY CONTEST MECHANICS

1. Participants who submit a 20-word story at the Most Memorable Ride activity within the Hyundai PH Virtual City will automatically qualify to the Most Memorable Ride story contest.
2. Contest period is from September 10 to 12, 2021.
3. Database of Most Memorable Ride 20-word story contest entries will be sealed on September 13 at 12am and will be opened on September 20, 2021 with the presence of a DTI representative.
4. Top three winners will be chosen by the following judges:
• Marissa Balmaceda – Head of Marketing, HARI PC
• Annie Nisce – Corp Comm, Media and PR lead, HARI PC
• Nerisse Cordova – Head of Marketing, HARI CV
5. Judging, which will happen on September 20, will be based on the following criteria:

1. Scores from the judges will be collected and the average score will be computed to determine the top 3 winners.
2. In case of a tie, the first person who submits their entry will get the prize.
3. Prizes for the top three winners will be as follows:

• 1^st Prize – Php10,000 worth of eGC
• 2^nd Prize – Php7,500 worth of eGC
• 3^rd Prize – Php5,000 worth of eGC

TEST YOUR HY-STORY CONTEST

1. 1. Participants go to the Test Your Hy-Story activity within the Site and answers 20 questions.
2. 2. Participants who answer all 20 questions correctly automatically qualify for the raffle.
3. 3. Deadline of qualification for the raffle is on September 12, 2021 at 11:59pm.
4. 4. Database of entries will be sealed on September 13 at 12am and will be opened on September 14, 2021 with the presence of a DTI representative.
5. 5. 20 winners will win Php1,000 worth of eGC in the digital raffle to be drawn on September 14.
6. 6. Activities may be completed any time between September 10 and September 12, 2021.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

1. Winners of the Hyundai MOVE raffle will be announced on September 21, 2021.
2. Winners of the Test Your Hy-Story contest will be announced on September 22, 2021
3. Winners of the Me and My Hyundai Ride photo contest will be announced on September 23, 2021.
4. Winners of the Most Memorable Ride 20-word Story Contest will be announced on September 24, 2021.
5. Participants may only win once on any of the contests and raffle.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

• HARI will notify the winners via their registered email address or mailing address.

CLAIMING OF PRIZE

• Claiming of prizes is up to 60 days from receipt of HARI official notification. If the winner fails to comply with the instructions set forth in claiming the prize, the winner shall be disqualified. In the case where the winner cannot be reached or does not respond to HARI within sixty (60) days from receipt of the notification through FB Messenger, email and/or snail mail, the prize shall be forfeited upon the approval from DTI.

PRIZE REDEMPTION

• Once winners are announced and have confirmed their information, the eGCs will be delivered to them via email and/or text message. GiftAway eGCs may be redeemed at their merchant of choice (see https://giftaway.ph for the full list). eGCs are valid until fully consumed. Subject to the terms and conditions implemented by GiftAway.

PUBLICITY

By joining the competition, each participant grants HARI permission to use their complete name, email, and entries, in perpetuity, for marketing and publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.

OTHER LIMITATIONS

Any attempt to damage the content or operation of the Game is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by HARI.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By joining the Hyundai MOVE raffle, Me and My Hyundai Ride photo contest, and Most Memorable Ride story contest, each participant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless HARI’s affiliate and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and all their respective officers, executives, employees, representatives and agents from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in their participation or in the use or misuse of any prize that shall be won.
