ELIGIBILITY 

• The AYOS Promo and Raffle are open to all Hyundai Owners that will have their Preventive Maintenance (PMS) from August 10, 2021 to August 20, 2021. 
• HARI reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of each participant.  
• Officers and employees of HARI, its affiliates, subsidiary companies, dealers, as well as the immediate family members and relatives up to the fourth degree of consanguinity/affinity of such officers/employees are disqualified from joining the Raffle Draw. 

AYOS PROMO MECHANICS 

1. The AYOS promo is part of HARI’s 20th Year Anniversary celebration will be announced on the Hyundai PH Facebook page (www.facebook.com/hyundaiph) and other social media/digital platforms  

1. Promo is open to all Hyundai owners that will have their PMS to Hyundai Authorized Dealers or Service Centers within the promo period. 

1. The Promo may also be availed thru Hyundai’s D2D Pick-up and Delivery, D2D Home Services, Drop-Off and Service Caravans.  

1. Customers are entitled to the following: 

1. 20% Discount on PMS labor 

1. 20% Discount on PMS Parts 

1. Free 21-point check-up 

1. Free Car Wash 

1. Free HARI 20th Anniversary Umbrella  

1. The AYOS Promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other service promos and Hyundai Mastercard discount. 

RAFFLE DRAW 

1. All Hyundai Owners who availed the AYOS Promo are entitled to join the Raffle Draw. 

1. Each customer shall have one raffle entry per vehicle serviced. 

1. After the Customers settled the Payment for their PMS, they will fill out the raffle coupon with their complete name, address, email, mobile number, and affix their signature and drop their entry in the designated drop box located at the service reception. 

Determination of Winners 

1. Deadline of submission of entries is on August 21, 2021, at 12 in the afternoon. 

1. The Drop Box will be sealed after August 21, 12nn and will only be open on August 31, 2021 with the presence of a DTI representative. 

1. Each Hyundai Dealer will announce and do the raffle draw with the presence of DTI representative thru Facebook Live from 12pm to 4pm. 

1. One (1) winner will be chosen for the 1st prize, two (2) winners for the 2nd prize and five (5) winners for the 3rd prize.  

1. A person can only win once during the entire promo period. Should a person be drawn more than once, he/she gets the prize of higher value. 

Announcement of Winners 

1. Eight (8) winners per Hyundai Dealer will be announced on August 31, 2021 via their official Facebook Page. 

Prizes 

1. Customers will have the chance to win the following: 

1. 1st Prize – Pressure Washer (1 Winner) 

1. 2nd Prize – Php 2,000 PMS Discount (2 Winners) 

1. 3rd Prize – Car Care Kit (5 Winners) 

1. Prizes are non-transferrable and not convertible to cash. 

Notification of Winners 

1. The Dealers shall submit the official list of winners to HARI. 

1. The Dealers will connect with the winner via registered mail, Facebook Messenger, and call upon verification of their win.  

Claiming of Prize 

1. Claiming of prizes is up to 60 days from receipt of the Dealers’ official notification. If the winner fails to comply with the instructions set forth in claiming the prize, the winner shall be disqualified. In the case where the winner cannot be reached or does not respond to the Dealer within sixty (60) days from receipt of the notification through FB Messenger, email and/or snail mail, the prize shall be forfeited upon the approval from DTI. 

Prize Redemption 

1. Prizes shall only be claimed/redeemed at their servicing dealer where they availed the AYOS HARI Service Promo. 

1. The Php2,000 PMS discount shall not be used in conjunction with any other service promo and Hyundai Mastercard discount and can only be used on their Hyundai Vehicle. 

PUBLICITY 

By joining the competition, each participant grants HARI permission to use their complete name, email, and entries, in perpetuity, for marketing and publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law. 

OTHER LIMITATIONS 

Any attempt to damage the content or operation of the Raffle Draw is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by HARI. 

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

By joining the Raffle, each participant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless HARI’s affiliate and subsidiary companies, the Facebook platform, advertising and promotional agencies, and all their respective officers, executives, employees, representatives and agents from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in their participation or in the use or misuse of any prize that shall be won. 

By joining this Raffle, you hereby agree that you have read and understood the requirements, rules, and terms and conditions as stipulated.
